All accounts will show pending and unpaid when first created as a default. Accounts will be verified as quickly as possible. Please be patient as it is a manual process. Guards have a manual list showing paid accounts to check you in also.

Welcome to the New Pool Season and No More Pool Cards!!

We are excited to announce the launch of our new, fully digital membership management system: Member Splash! This upgrade will provide you with the convenience of registering members and purchasing guest passes online, as well as allowing our front gate staff to quickly check you and your guests in. Member Splash is a web based application, which does not require you to download an app.

​Owners annual assessment must be CURRENT to use the facilities.  

POOL ACCESS IS FOR HOMES IN PLEASANT VALLEY PROPERTY ASSOCIATION ONLY.

Who Qualifies as a Member? Record property owners of Pleasant Valley. Per the ByLaws, pool access rights may be delegated to family members, tenants, or contract-for-deed purchasers — provided they reside full-time at the property. Individuals who do not reside full-time at the address are considered guests and are subject to the guest policies and must be accompanied by a member.

DIRECTIONS TO CREATE ACCOUNT

  • Click get started on the menu bar at the top of the page or create and account below.
  • Create only one primary account per address.
  • Add family members residing at the home under the primary account
  • Log in to complete any required documents or upload photos
  • Once your account is complete and the balance and ownership are verified, you’ll have access to the facilities if you are approved.
  • When you arrive at the pool give the lifeguard your last name or address and they will log you in.
  • Guest names will need to be logged in by the guards
  • Please prepay for guests if using a credit card and get a discount for a bundle through the website. Cash and checks accepted at check-in. $5 per guest/maximum of 5 guest per property if parents in attendance. Only 2 guests for members under age 14-21 without parents.

When logged in, you will see a number of guests at the pool. This number includes both pools. Hopefully, software updates will allow a breakdown by pool in the future.
